Design and installation of fuel supply pipes and two reinforced concrete tanks with a double metallic wall for storing and transferring lubricating oil for the engines of the ships anchored at pier # 3 of the Naval Station Rota. Each one can hold 6000 gallons, and they are placed on a concrete slab with an anti-overflow safety tray.
